Key responsibilitiesOversee and control the full production process Mix, process, and package raw materials Monitor product and process quality and record data Troubleshoot faults and perform minor maintenance Support and guide fellow operators Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What we are looking for
Experience as a Process Operator in the food industry (dairy or sauces advantageous) Strong technical insight and high sense of responsibility Proactive, hands-on, and a team player VAPRO B or a technical qualification at MBO Level 3 or 4 preferred Comfortable working with production systems and Microsoft Office Willing to work in a two-shift system
