Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and implement automation for accounting and reconciliation processes Develop and maintain BI dashboards and financial/operational reports Analyse large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimisation opportunities Collaborate with finance and operations teams to deliver tailored BI solutions Ensure data integrity and accuracy across automated processes Optimise existing BI tools for performance and scalability Provide insights and predictive analytics for decision-making Document processes and train stakeholders on BI tools and workflows Implement ETL processes and manage data pipelines Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot BI systems Job Experience and Skills Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, or related field Experience:3+ years in BI, data analytics, or automation roles Proven experience building automation for accounting and reconciliation processes Experience in financial or accounting environments (advantageous) Technical Skills:
Strong SQL proficiency (essential) Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.) Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (Python or R advantageous) Understanding of accounting and reconciliation principles Strong analytical and problemâ??solving ability Soft Skills:
