Qualifications- Matric Requirements
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within the industrial tool market or similar
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual English & AfrikaansDuties
- Marketing and selling of Products and services to existing and potential customers in the East Rand and Free State region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Filling out of Call Reports and, on occasion, delivery of products and services to the cus-tomer.
- Reporting non-conforming products, services, and customer complaints to management.
- Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries.
- Determining the degree of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
- Traveling to the Freestate on a regular basis.
