Minimum requirements:Proven experience in sales administration or finance support. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Computer literate, including MS Office; experience with invoicing systems is an advantage. Personality Traits:

Coordinate daily deliveries, invoicing, and month-end processing. Liaise with the warehouse and sales teams to resolve order and invoicing queries. Communicate with the finance team to manage accounts, payments, and reconciliations. Handle purchase orders, credits, and re-invoicing when required. Support and guide admin clerks with PO creation, coding, and customer invoicing. Maintain accurate reporting, including daily turnover and staff account reconciliations.
