Architectural Draughtsperson

About the Company
Casaplans is an architectural and draughting firm specializing in residential design. We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsperson to join our team and contribute to a variety of projects, from new builds to renovations and additions.
Key Responsibilities
- Draw house plans, structural plans, and detailed drawings as required by SANS X400
- Produce additions, alterations, and 3D renderings
- Prepare construction-ready drawings and ensure compliance with building regulations
- Update and revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients
- Coordinate drawings with structural, electrical, and plumbing layouts as required
- Maintain organized project files and manage drawing versions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Architectural Draughting / Architectural Technology / CAD Design
- Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in a similar field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Archicad, Revit, Excel, and Word
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Assertiveness and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management & self-management skills
- Valid Driver’s Licence – Not Negotiable
- Own Computer & Vehicle - Advantageous
