- Maximise pack-out percentages while maintaining top-quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Lead, motivate, and develop your pack house team
- Monitor production and manage time effectively
Requirements:
Grade 12 + relevant tertiary qualification (B.Agric, BTech in Process Engineering/Food Technology)
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in fruit packing (citrus/table grapes)
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Flexible to work irregular shifts, nights, and extended hours
- Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
