Description:
Job Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to technicians and engineers:
Capture details of outlook accurately. Dispatch technician within SLA timeframes Plan routes to reduce km and cost. Prepare and distribute quotes for all repairs done by the technicians/ engineers. Update and capture job cards on the company enterprise accurately and timeously. Establish and maintain a healthy and professional relationship with customers and all suppliers.
Ensure weekly packs are submitted accordingly:
Weekly/monthly closure on Internal System. Ensure calls are accurately closed within Service Level Agreement (SLA). Attend to customers queries Capture and analyse the technicians kilometer claims. Capture the stock data onto database.
Job Requirements:
Relevant qualification Computer literacy Experience within a client service environment Administration experience 1-2 years experience as a Data Capturer
