We are looking for mature, motivated individuals to join our team as Tuition Consultants. This role combines tuition delivery and learner support with client engagement and enrolments.
This job requires strong communication skills and professionalism when engaging with parents or adult learners.
Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate (required)
Professional communication skills
Confidence engaging with parents, guardians, or adult learners
Willingness to learn tuition delivery and enrolment processes
Reliable internet access and device
Role Responsibilities
Tuition & Learner Support
Deliver structured tuition sessions using provided materials
Support learners and track progress
Provide feedback to parents or learners
Client Engagement & Enrolments
Respond to enquiries and leads
Explain tuition programmes and pricing
Follow up with prospective clients
Assist with learner enrolments and onboarding
Training & Support
✔ No prior teaching or sales experience required
✔ Full training provided
✔ Tuition materials, scripts, and guidance supplied
