Televate is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Housing Disrepair (HDR) Back Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong admin skills and proven experience in UK Housing Disrepair Claims. Key Responsibilities

Liaise and maintain ongoing conversations with UK tenants

Manage and facilitate the full upload process

Send messages, receive and upload images and documentation

Perform hot-key transfers where required

Maintain accurate records and update claim progress

Provide professional customer service via WhatsApp, email, and phone Requirements

Mandatory experience in UK Housing Disrepair Claims

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Confident using Business WhatsApp platforms

Excellent business typing and admin skills

Highly organised and detail-driven Remuneration
