Our client in the Education sector is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join their team. The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting and enabling the sales team to operate efficiently and effectively. Minimum requirements:- Matric required
- Related tertiary qualification would be beneficial
- 3+ Years experience in sales operations, sales administration or a similar role
- Proven experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Role will be office based, but will require travel to clients for meetings, conferences and training sessions
- Must reside in or around Bedfordview
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the sales team, ensuring processes and systems are optimized
- Develop, maintain, and analyse sales reports and dashboards
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting processes to ensure accurate sales projections and resource allocation
- Administer and optimize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other sales tools
- Monitor sales performance metrics and recommend improvements to drive productivity and revenue growth
- Lead and coordinate sales training programs to enhance team capabilities and product knowledge
