Description:
Minimum requirements:Technically Minded. He will need to ensure and optimise daily production and supervise +-30 staff. Monday to Friday 7:30 16:30 (Some Overtime if required) Candidate Must be reliable, Trustworthy and Hands On. Sober Habits.
Daily Tasks:
Allocating Jobs to 7 x Production Teams as they are given by Ops Team. Ensuring Maximum output from production staff. Ensure production has minimal wastage. Recycling Offcuts. Planning Material usage. Communicate any delays / problems to Ops/Dispatch team. Ensure quality and efficiency from production teams. Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to. Overall House Keeping.Annual Shut down from 20 December 2025 to 9 January 2026.
