Minimum requirements:Proven experience in operations and sales, ideally with exposure to manufacturing or distribution Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities Knowledge of stock control and purchasing systems Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing processes Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small, team-oriented company
