Key Responsibilities
Design & Visual Execution
- Lead in-house graphic design across packaging, labels, POS, campaign assets, presentations, and digital
- Personally execute high-quality design work using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Build scalable visual systems and templates that allow brands to move fast globally
- Edit and finish video assets using Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Apply motion, typography, colour, and polish to ensure work is bold and market-ready
- Push visual boundaries while maintaining brand coherence
- Translate brand strategy into distinctive, disruptive visual output
- Apply and evolve brand guidelines across international markets
- Adapt assets for multiple formats and regions without losing edge
- Work closely with Digital & Content and Trade Marketing teams to deliver standout work
- Manage creative timelines and priorities across markets
- Brief and manage external creatives when needed
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years' experience in graphic design, creative, or post-production roles
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong video editing and motion skills
- Exceptional visual taste and attention to detail
- Restless, ambitious, and creatively fearless
- Based in Cape Town with a global mindset
