The duties will include:

  • Assisting with the scheduling of appointments and managing boardroom and meeting room bookings.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements.
  • Assisting with purchases as needed.
  • Administering Vehicle registrations, insurance, and driver traffic fines.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Assisting with the management of housekeeping and related services.
  • Ad Hoc duties as required by management.
  • Relieving the switchboard operator and Reception as needed.

  • You must have experience in a similar role.
  • You must have intermediate computer skills and be proficient in all programs within the MS Office suite.
  • You must be fluent in English and Afrikaans.
  • You must have excellent writing and grammar skills.
