Position: Male Security Officer

We are seeking a reliable and professional Male Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property within the complex.Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the complex in accordance with security protocols.
- Operate and manage access control systems and scanners.
- Conduct regular patrols of common property areas.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and resident concerns.
- Complete occurrence book entries and incident reports accurately.
- Enforce Body Corporate rules and maintain a visible security presence.
- Assist with emergency procedures when required.Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- PSIRA registration – minimum Grade C.
- Proven experience in residential complex security.
- Previous experience with access control and access control scanners is essential.
- Previous CCTV monitoring experience will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Physically fit and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must reside in the area or have own reliable transport.
- Must want to develope themselves through training to one day perform supervisory functions which will include CCTV/Access Control Systems and Computer literacy What We Offer
