One of our top clients within the mining sector are seeking highly experienced Legal Advisor to join their department at their operation based in the North West.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:
· BSc Degree in Business Admin, Law, or Related
· Membership / Registration with a Legal or Company Secretariat Professional Body (CGISA)
Knowledge and Experience:
· Mining Experience
· Minimum 6 Years in a Secretarial / Governance Position
· Understanding of Corporate Laws, Regulations, etc.
