Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, generate, and develop new business opportunities and leads Actively sell the companys software development services to new clients Build and maintain a strong professional network through LinkedIn and other social media platforms Support social media marketing activities to promote the companys services and brand presence Host and produce a weekly podcast with clients, focusing on industry insights, solutions, and client success stories Handle inbound enquiries, including answering client calls and responding to initial queries Schedule and conduct introductory meetings with potential clients Screen and qualify opportunities to assess project fit, scope, and commercial viability Introduce qualified clients and suitable projects to the Director and Business Analyst for further engagement Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
Requirements & Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field Minimum of 4 years experience in business development, sales, or a similar role Proven ability to generate leads and close new business Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Confidence engaging with clients in meetings, calls, and recorded content (podcasts) Comfortable using LinkedIn and social platforms for networking and lead generation Basic understanding of software development services or technology solutions (advantageous)
