We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Inventory Controller with strong administrative and system skills to join a dynamic Logistics team. The successful candidate will be able to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Relevant tertiary qualification Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably within the agriculture or FMCG sector Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications Solid understanding of stock management systems Strong verbal and written communication skillsKey Characteristics

Accurately import all stock into systems within required timeframes Reconcile system stock against physical stock at cold stores Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies Handle stock-related queries promptly Book sample and marketing pallets as requested Perform daily stock checks to identify inconsistencies Process mates data, including weight calculations and pallet linking Prepare shipment documentation and liaise with freight forwarders Manage Paltrack registrations for suppliers Maintain and update system master data Communicate effectively with packhouses to ensure smooth operations Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy under pressureRemuneration
