Description:
Minimum requirements:Matric plus a valid degree or diploma in Finance, Human Resources or related qualification 3 Years experience in a payroll environment Experience on PeopleSoft or similar payroll systems will be advantageous Strong Microsoft Excel skills; proficient in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Good knowledge of SARS legislation and payroll compliance Must be available immediately Key Responsibilities:
Administer and process payroll-related transactions accurately and timeously Process salary, travel, overtime, and secondary claims Recover unreconciled staff advances and manage advance payments Implement and monitor payroll controls to ensure compliance and accuracy Prepare monthly payroll, salary expense, control account, and staff advance reconciliations Resolve payroll-related queries and liaise with internal stakeholders Support users on automated payroll and claims systems Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information
