Technical Competencies & Experience:Design and oversee end-to-end digital workflow and integration architecture Lead technical workshops, translate complex concepts for stakeholders, and present solutions to business and IT teams. Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance across all automation projects. Architect and manage integrations with ERP, HR, Finance, and custom systems using REST APIs and secure data handling. Oversee project delivery, risk management and UAT to ensure successful solution implementation. Behavioral Competencies:
