Key Responsibilities:Manage the service department and workshop staff, including service advisors and technicians Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of vehicle service and repairs Monitor service KPIs, customer satisfaction, and workshop performance Implement processes and standards to maintain high-quality service delivery Resolve customer issues and provide professional support Coordinate with parts, sales, and administration teams for seamless operations Oversee invoicing, warranty claims, and workshop reporting Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Manager in a franchised automotive dealership Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills Knowledge of service department operations, workshop processes, and manufacturer standards Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to analyse KPIs and implement process improvements Valid drivers licence Whats on Offer:
