- Operating Systems: Linux (SUSE/SLES preferred) & Windows (client/server)
- Automation & IaC: Ansible (AAP/Tower/AWX), Terraform, scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Perl)

- Monitoring & Tooling: Grafana, Nagios, backup & monitoring solutions

- Install, configure, operate, and maintain Linux-based platforms and services
- Develop and maintain automation, scripts, and playbooks
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability
- Support incident, problem, and change management
- Manage authentication, access, and security vulnerabilities
- Maintain system documentation, CMDBs, and SOPs
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations (where required)
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
- Continuously improve systems through automation and modern tooling
- Evaluate and introduce new platforms, tools, and technologies
ð Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems , or equivalent experience
- 5–6+ years experience in Linux, platform, or operations engineering
- Strong hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments
- ITIL knowledge or certification advantageous
