Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Prospecting

  • Make outbound calls to prospects to sell the Quintet solution directly.
  • Generate invitations for tradeshows and set up sessions for the Experience Center in London.
  • Identify potential opportunities, qualify leads, and follow up as required.

Relationship Management

  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with selected tiered clients.
  • Develop trust with end-users to drive long-term engagement and loyalty.

Collaboration With Internal Teams

  • Work closely with Scala’s Inside Sales Specialists to align sales strategies, share insights, and coordinate campaigns.
  • Support seamless communication between teams to ensure prospects receive timely and accurate information.

Maintenance Contract Retention

  • Retain existing maintenance contracts by nurturing client relationships.
  • Identify renewal opportunities and provide support during the renewal process.

Additional Duties

  • Perform other ad hoc tasks related to the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Contribute ideas for improving sales processes and achieving targets efficiently.

  • Clear criminal record
  • Clear credit check
  • 1–2 years’ experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement (advantageous)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal sales teams

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) – essential
  • Clear criminal record
  • Clear credit check
  • 1–2 years’ experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement (advantageous)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal sales teams
