Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Prospecting
- Make outbound calls to prospects to sell the Quintet solution directly.
- Generate invitations for tradeshows and set up sessions for the Experience Center in London.
- Identify potential opportunities, qualify leads, and follow up as required.
Relationship Management
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with selected tiered clients.
- Develop trust with end-users to drive long-term engagement and loyalty.
Collaboration With Internal Teams
- Work closely with Clients Inside Sales Specialists to align sales strategies, share insights, and coordinate campaigns.
- Support seamless communication between teams to ensure prospects receive timely and accurate information.
Maintenance Contract Retention
- Retain existing maintenance contracts by nurturing client relationships.
- Identify renewal opportunities and provide support during the renewal process.
Additional Duties
- Perform other ad hoc tasks related to the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Contribute ideas for improving sales processes and achieving targets efficiently.
