Fleet and truck rental company in Kuils River is seeking to employ a workshop Administrator (Mon – Fri) - This is a junior role.Responsibility:
Duties involve ( but not limited too) coordinating daily workshop activities, managing documentation (job cards, service records,invoices, compliance), controlling inventory (parts, tools, supplies), handling customer/supplier communication, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant workshop operations, acting as a central point of contact for managers, technicians, and external parties.
