Job Title: Truck Parts Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Truck Parts Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling truck parts to customers, both in person and over the phone. The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of truck and or vehicle parts and be able to provide exceptional customer service to help drive sales and meet revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate truck parts solutions
- Provide accurate product information and pricing to customers
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in truck parts sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of truck parts and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events

Requirements:
- Sales: 3 to 4 years

Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in external sales, preferably within the truck parts or heavy commercial vehicle industry .

Proven knowledge and experience selling parts for MAN, Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Scania, and Volvo (OEM and/or aftermarket).

Strong understanding of truck components and systems (engine, drivetrain, suspension, braking, etc.).

Ability to accurately identify and source parts using part numbers, catalogues, and VINs.

Existing relationships with fleet owners, transport companies, workshops, or logistics businesses will be an advantage.
