Junior Farm Manager - Rustenburg

Our client, a growing cherry farm concern near Rustenburg. Is in need of a motivated and hands-on Junior Farm Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day management of farm operations
Supervise farm workers and coordinate daily tasks
Monitor crop health, irrigation, fertilisation, and pest control
Assist with harvesting, packing, and quality control
Maintain farm records and basic reporting
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and biosecurity standards
Support the Farm Manager in planning and seasonal activities

Requirements
Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field (or relevant practical experience)
1–3 years’ experience in fruit farming or general farm management preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good communication and leadership potential
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid driver’s license
