Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate NEC3 contract administration records
- Document control and management
- General administrative duties as instructed by the Project Manager
- Accurate filing (electronic and hard copy)
- Professional English business correspondence
- Liaising with clients and relevant stakeholders
- Updating contract costs and preparing invoicing
- Providing administrative support to site and project teams
- Previous experience in Engineering & Construction environments
- Sound knowledge of NEC3 contracts
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
