Field Sales Representative – Manufacturing Industry, Rustenburg NW, R32K Incl. Provident Fund, Travel Allowance, Med Aid, Petrol Card, Phone and Laptop, Plus Commission

Responsibilities
· New Business Development by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through field visits to industrial and manufacturing clients
· Client Engagement, presenting and promoting manufactured products, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs
· Product Demonstrations, conducting demonstrations and provide technical consultations to engineers, buyers, and plant managers
· Relationship Building by cultivating long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
· Sales Reporting for tracking performance and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports using Excel (pivot tables, charts, trend analysis)
· Market Analysis through monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and improve forecasts
· Collaboration by working closely with engineering, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless service delivery
· Events & Networking, representing the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events
· Negotiation & Pricing, by negotiating contracts, assist with pricing schedules, and manage client communications
Requirements
· 3+ years of field sales experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)
· Proven ability to prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial equipment
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
· Willingness to travel frequently within your territory
· Grade 12 qualification
· Self-motivated and results-driven
· Experience reading technical drawings or specifications
· Tender preparation experience
