Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, annual budgets, and revenue and expense forecasts Ensure the integrity of financial results through variance analysis and identification of discrepancies on income statements and balance sheets at entity level Perform financial analysis of business unit earnings and expenses, including burn-rate analysis Consolidate financial information for corporate and management reporting, providing insights into key movements Enable data-driven decision-making through real-time performance analysis and reporting Prepare statutory and ad hoc management reports Contribute to profit and loss analysis, including identifying improvement strategies Manage and maintain accounting tools and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and completeness Prepare debtor reports, analyse client profitability, manage working capital, and track capital allocation KPIs Assist with claims reporting Manage daily Accounts Payable processes and bank payment runsCompetencies
Self-starter with a hands-on, operational approach Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and concisely Confident and professional when engaging with senior management Highly analytical, with the ability to convert large data sets into actionable insights Strong financial and accounting acumen Solution-oriented, able to identify issues and implement effective action plans Disciplined, proactive, flexible, and adaptable Demonstrates initiative, confidence, and ownership, with the ability to drive projects and take responsibility for the accounting function Requirements:Qualified SAIP
