We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Receptionist / Cashier to manage front-office operations, switchboard duties, and cash/COD transactions at our Bloemfontein branch. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, organised, and able to perform accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the switchboard, handle incoming calls, transfer calls appropriately, and relay messages Receive, verify, capture, and refund cash and electronic payments Match invoices with payments and manage COD accounts Maintain and balance cash float, process bank deposits and transfers Prepare and maintain daily cash and card sheets Manage monthly waybills Perform general filing and administrative dutiesReporting Line
Reporting directly to the Branch ManagerMinimum Requirements
Matric Minimum 2 years’ cashier experience Previous administrative experience Switchboard experience (advantageous) SAP knowledge (advantageous) Bilingual (advantageous)Skills and Knowledge
Strong numerical and figure-orientated ability High attention to detail and accuracy Strong data capturing skills Ability to alphabetise and maintain structured filing systems Excellent customer service skillsKey Competencies

Remuneration Package:
