In this role, you'll handle daily financial processing, maintain accurate ledgers, and support payroll and VAT submissions. Key Responsibilities
Process daily financial transactions and bring books to trial balance
Perform regular bank reconciliations with zero unexplained items
Manage supplier invoices, payments, and customer billing
Ensure accurate VAT treatment and assist with SARS submissions
Maintain payroll records and inputs via SimplePay
Liaise with teams, clients, and suppliers for documentation and queries
Keep structured digital records and support audit readiness
Assist with month-end reconciliations, accruals, and reporting
Prepare schedules for deductions, reimbursements, and staff-related tracking
Identify and recommend improvements to streamline processes
What You’ll Bring
2–3 years of bookkeeping or transaction processing experience
Strong proficiency in Xero (certification preferred)
Experience in SimplePay payroll administration
