Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Proven technical sales experience (solution-based selling) Ability to sell complex products, systems, or services Strong commercial acumen and client-facing experience Willingness to engage in long-term career discussions
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Background in engineering, industrial, or technical environments Experience working with engineers, operations, or procurement teams Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related technical field highly advantageous Track record of developing accounts and closing technical deals
