Download, verify and reconcile clock‑in and clock‑out data from time and attendance systems Calculate weekly and monthly wages for shift‑based employees Process payroll accurately and on time Manage overtime, leave, sick leave and public holiday pay Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies Prepare payroll reports for management Maintain accurate payroll records General Financial Administration Administration Booking of appointments Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Financial ManagerWhat we are looking for:
Proven experience in payroll administration Experience in shift‑based environments such as security, retail or similar industries Strong understanding of time and attendance systems Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Strong Excel skills and experience using payroll systems English and Afrikaans requiredBenefits and unique aspects:
