This opportunity is suited to an experienced Financial Accountant who is confident owning the full accounting function and operating independently within a structured finance environment. The role requires solid technical competence, strong month-end control, and the ability to engage with stakeholders beyond finance.This is not a Junior or Clerk role and will best suit a professional who has already built depth in management accounting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Full preparation of monthly management accounts Balance sheet control, reconciliations, and variance analysis Monthly reporting packs and commentary for management Budgeting and forecasting support Audit preparation and liaison with external auditors Continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
Experience & Qualifications Required:
BCom / BCompt / Financial Accounting qualification non-negotiable Minimum 5 years relevant financial accounting experience Proven experience handling month-end close independently Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards Advanced Excel skills and solid ERP system exposure Experience in a commercial / industrial / services environment
