Qualification and Skills Required:
BCom Accounting degree (Honours preferred). 510 years experience in a similar role within a medium-sized company. Strong knowledge of payroll, trial balance, and reporting functions. Experience with stock/inventory management is advantageous. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Deadline-driven and capable of managing multiple priorities.
