Our client in the Milling and Animal Feed sector is seeking an experienced Farm Foreman for Mixed Farming with a robust mechanical background!
Location: Free State
Salary: R20,000 - R30,000 (Depending on experience)
Essential Experience:
5 - 10 years farm management experience Strong mechanical background Valid driver's license Staff management experience Basic farm maintenance capabilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Management of day-to-day operational activities Cattle herd management Cultivation of maize and planted pasture under irrigation General maintenance of farm equipment Fire management and prevention Staff supervision and management Other duties as required from time to timeSkills Required:
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting Leadership and team management Farm equipment operation and maintenance Mixed farming knowledge Irrigation system understanding Problem-solving abilities
