Delaire Graff Estate is looking for a Pass Runner to be of assistance to all in the restaurant and to ensure we provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Main responsibilities:
Assist with any reasonable requests by a manager Be able to fill duties and responsibilities of a waiter Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the pass areas Check and ensure all mis en plus are ready for service Polish all plates and copper bowels for service Should be able to carry a tray with food safely Knowledgeable about the menu & Estate Should be able to know all table numbers Assist any of the chefs in the kitchen if need be Responsible for sorting all empty wine bottles and organising the area where empty wine bottles are stored Polish cutlery when all pass duties are completed Assist the waiters in the restaurant Place orders for any condiments with the chefsMain requirements:
Preferably 1-2 years’ previous pass runner, restaurant or kitchen experience Excellent interpersonal- & communication skills Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele Must be well-presented Flexibility & Accountability Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Planning & Organizing skills Delaire Graff Estate is an equal opportunity employer.
