Description:
Minimum Requirements
National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF 4)
Qualified Diesel Mechanic (Trade Test)
Minimum of 5 years post-trade experience
Proven experience working on forklifts, tractors, and trucks (MAN experience advantageous)
Valid Code 14 drivers licence is advantageous but not essential
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily breakdown repairs on light and heavy equipment
Execute scheduled preventative maintenance and servicing
Diagnose mechanical faults efficiently and accurately
Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards
Minimise equipment downtime through proactive maintenance
