We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Manager to step into this vital role, ensuring that this luxury lodge remains a sanctuary of seamless operation and 5-star comfort while honoring their commitment to the preservation of this extraordinary wilderness.Core criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a reserve and 5-star lodge environment
- Industry qualifications would be advantageous
- Must be well-versed in General Maintenance of all electrical equipment in camp i.e., solar plants, generators, water systems etc
- Must be able to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Well-versed in preventative maintenance
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Computer literate
- Mature and responsible, with sober habits
- Must be well spoken and able to communicate with staff and guests.
- Positive attitude, with excellent problem-solving skillsThis is a live-in position.
