Minimum Requirements

- 3 years office and administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in Sage One Accounting software for quotes, invoicing and statements
- Strong attention to detail
- Have the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Use own initiative and be self-motivated
- Good telephone etiquette
- Strong administrative and numeracy skills
- Be able to work independently and under pressure
- Must be professional, honest, organized and have good work ethic
- Available Immediately
