About the Role
Lead Gurus is seeking former Financial Advisors to join our "Leads Gen Services" team. This role leverages your previous industry expertise in financial services to drive high-quality lead generation. Unlike traditional advisory roles, this position focuses on the front-end of the sales funnel, providing a stable alternative to commission-only structures.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically as a Financial Advisor.
- Transportation: Must possess a reliable personal vehicle.
- Equipment: Must own a functional laptop.
- Location: Must be based in Cape Town
Remuneration & Perks
- Salary: R8,000 Basic + 5% Commission.
- Financial Stability: Guaranteed earnings with no clawbacks or lapses.
- Allowances: Includes a dedicated Fuel and Cellphone allowance to cover operational costs.
