About the Role
We are seeking motivated, bilingual Virtual Call Center Agents to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation and life insurance generation, engaging with potential clients to create high-quality opportunities for our sales pipeline.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
Language: Fluency in both English and Afrikaans. Equipment: Must own a reliable laptop and a high-quality headset. Connectivity: Stable WiFi connection is required, along with a UPS (Backup Power) to ensure zero downtime during power outages. Workspace: A dedicated, quiet home office environment free from background noise. Conducting outbound calls for lead generation. Identifying and qualifying prospects for life insurance generation. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and energy on every call.Perks & Compensation
