We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with strong accounting skills to support our executive team. This hybrid role combines traditional PA responsibilities with financial oversight, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a knack for numbers.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
- Maintain filing systems and ensure timely follow-ups
Accounting & Financial Support
- Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly financial summaries
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Administrative Duties
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships
- Organize events and team functions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the executive
- Type documents for management as an when required
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- A minimum of three years’ experience within as a personal assistant within the accounting sector
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Quickbooks, Xero)
- Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office
Preferred Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Professional demeanour and proactive mindset
- Familiarity with payroll and tax submissions is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of integrity and ethics
Shortlisted candidates will be expected to undergo psychometric testing and background screening, including criminal reference checks and ITC checks.
