- Plant Cultivation Quality Control:Â
Assessment of the quantity and quality of nursery stockÂ
Ability to act pro-active in case of potential problemsÂ
Technical Expertise:Â
Providing technical guidance to customers and nursery - Inventory Management:Â
Monitoring records of plant inventory, including tracking growth stages and availabilityÂ
Monitoring stock levels and ordering new plant materials as needed - Inventory Forecasting:Â
Analysing market trends to anticipate customer demandÂ
Planning and adjusting production based on market forecasts - Sales Management:Â
Overseeing sales operations, including pricing, invoicing, and payment processingÂ
Setting sales targets and monitoring sales performance - Marketing Strategy:Â
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote nursery productsÂ
Identifying target markets - Customer Relations:Â
