Admitted Attorney – Conveyancing (Bonds & Cancellations)Location: Durban (Kloof)Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 CTC per monthWe are seeking an Admitted Attorney with post-admission conveyancing experience, particularly in bonds and bond cancellations, to join a well-established legal practice servicing a UK-based client.Key Responsibilities:Draft legal documents using appropriate precedents and templatesHandle conveyancing matters with a focus on bonds and bond cancellationsEnsure all work complies with internal risk management policies and procedures, including GDPR requirementsProvide legal support to the team and act as a legal resource where requiredManage diaries for the team, ensuring all deadlines—especially post-completion—are met timeouslyUndertake legal processes under supervision, including routine file managementMaintain accurate records and ensure files are updated correctlyDeliver consistently high levels of client serviceMinimum Requirements:Admitted Attorney (South Africa)Approximately 1-year post-admission experience in conveyancingProven experience with bond registrations and bond cancellationsStrong drafting and organisational skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage deadlinesProfessional, client-focused approachAbility to work effectively within a team environment Consultant: Chante Gates - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
