Duties & Responsibilities:
• Providing comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support
• Managing records, documentation, and minute taking
• Handling correspondence including emails, letters, phone calls, and packages
• Data capturing, reporting, and general office administration
• Ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments
• Monitoring office supplies and arranging replenishment to ensure uninterrupted front office operations
• Assisting with marketing initiatives, advertising plans, and social media management
• Overseeing staff scheduling and supporting training coordination
• Managing and overseeing maintenance requirements
