Field-Based Insurance Learnership – Earn While You Learn
- Learners must be unemployed, South African citizens
- Learners must be between the ages of 18 and 29 years
- Be a South African citizen
- Have a valid Matric Certificate
- Be currently unemployed and not studying
Requirements
To be considered for this learnership opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Location Flexibility: Willing and able to work in offices across various provinces or branches.
- Educational Qualification: Must hold a valid Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
- Age Criteria: Between 18 and 30 years old.
- Previous Learnerships: Must not have previously participated in any other learnership program.
- Academic Availability: Must not be currently registered with any academic institution or engaged in other studies.
- Transportation: Must have reliable access to transportation.
- Technology Requirements: Possession of a smartphone is essential.
Core Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Proactive, innovative, and an out-of-the-box thinker
- Sales ability and confidence in engaging with clients
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
