The role includes managing calls, welcoming visitors, handling correspondence, assisting with tender compilation and document archiving, and organizing refreshments for boardroom meetings. The Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily office operations and effective client and stakeholder engagement. A valid driver’s license and driving capability are advantageous but not required.
