Our company is a trusted leader in insurance and funeral cover solutions. We're looking for a dynamic Senior Team Leader to manage and scale a high-performance field sales team focused on selling to SASSA, Persol, and debit order clients.

What You’ll Be Doing Lead & Scale
- Manage, recruit, and grow a team of field-based sales agents and learners
- Take full ownership of your team’s performance, training, and target achievement
- Use your leadership skills to drive team success in real-world, face-to-face selling environments
Performance & Campaign Management
- Motivate your team to hit monthly sales targets
- Implement sales campaigns and route plans that maximise field coverage and client acquisition
- Monitor compliance, quality, and sales reporting to ensure integrity and growth
Sales Strategy & Coaching
- Drive sales aligned to Pro Life’s insurance products and compliance standards
- Coach and support agents to gain real sales experience during their learnership journey.
